Sorry, when I do buy them (which will likely be some time from now), I'll need Q9's.
Okay, so I have a general price on the Draconic. Anyone willing to take a stab at the Gloom shields? Or an other stab at the Draconic? |

You should be able to get r9 Tactics Gloom for 2-10k, I sold a couple for 1k each (I'm lazy though and don't like sitting in spamadan all day for 5k).
